Our Fight For People In Northwest Arkansas
Roxanne D. Blake has been practicing law since 2010. Before she went to law school, she clerked at a personal injury firm for three years and observed how insurance companies were treating people injured in accidents. What she witnessed made her decide to go to law school.
She focused on litigation to help the little guy, (who was getting hurt through no fault of his own), and standing up to multi-million-dollar companies. After law school, she entered the workforce as a lawyer doing personal injury law: car wrecks, slip and falls, tractor-trailer accidents, premise liability, and code violation construction sites.
Bradley Mullins has been practicing law since 2012, mostly representing people that have been injured through no fault of their own and helping them get compensation for their past and future medical bills, lost wages, as well as pain and suffering. He focused on helping people recover from the people who have hurt them and against the insurance companies that try to deny them fair compensation.
He started in the personal injury field a couple of years before he earned his law license by working as a law clerk. The law firm practiced almost exclusively helping injured people get compensation for their injuries. Since opening a firm of his own, Ms. Blake has joined him in focusing on fighting for injured people to get just compensation for their injuries.
The Difference A Local Attorney Can Make
Our firm is part of the local community in Northwest Arkansas. Thus, we are great advocates for people in the communities of Springdale, Rogers, and Fort Smith, Arkansas. We’ve had many repeat clients who we’ve been able to help several times, and then they’ve referred their families and neighbors to us.
We do not serve clients who are hundreds of miles away. We specialize in helping the people who live and work in our community and whose children go to school here. What’s more, we believe that it’s not just about being a local – it’s also about being accessible. If any of our clients have a question for us, they can drive to our office, pick up the phone and call us, or email us, they can Skype or Zoom. Our clients know us and know that we are here for them.
The Various Parts Of A Personal Injury Claim and The Valuation of Pain & Suffering
Mullins & Blake’s first book covered the various moving parts of a car wreck claim. The majority of people don’t realize how many areas are involved: property damage, diminished value, salvage value, rental car expenses, medical treatment, medical bills, lost wages, future medical care, permanent disfigurement, and disability payment.
Because so many people don’t realize the extent of the damages they are entitled to, it’s easy for an insurance company to take advantage of the claimant. As a result, our first book was a roadmap of what compensation you are entitled to after a car wreck.
This book, however, focuses on explaining one of the most confusing parts of an injury claim: How to value pain and suffering, what it is worth, and how to recover from it.
With the guidance of a skilled attorney for Personal Injury Law Cases, you can have the peace of mind that comes with knowing that we’ll make it look easy.
